The Center for Coaching Certification offers ICF-accredited coach training to support you earning your ACC or PCC credential with ICF, including initial certification through advanced training for Academic, Addiction, Business, Career, Executive, Leadership, Life, and Wellness Coaching. The programs are online and packed with information for an engaging learning experience and yes, accredited by ICF as Level 1 or Level 2.
How to Become a Coach
The gold standard for being a coach is membership in the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ICF requires 60 hours of training to become a member. In addition to membership, the ICF offers three levels of credentialing, the ACC, PCC, and MCC. Think about it this way: becoming a member of the ICF is much like getting an associates degree, and then earning an ACC credential is much like getting a degree and the PCC credential is much like earning a masters level degree.
For a start-to-finish coaching certification online supporting you earning a credential with the ICF, here are your options:
If you are interested in an a la carte approach, you may register for the Certified Professional Coach program to get started. The Certified Professional Coach program is 30 hours and provides a solid foundation in the competencies and ethics, plus has you immediately applying what you learn. After the program, you will have the option of continuing to the next programs to support ICF membership or earning a credential.
The Center for Coaching Certification is the place for accredited coach training, certification, resources, mentor coaching, and coaching program support. ICF-accredited.
