The Good: There is a lot of good wisdom and insight with the principles in this book. The theory and information are excellent.
The Bad: The lack of awareness of word choice is very disappointing, and the way examples and questions are worded is less effective as a result. Throughout reading the book the limiting words leap off the page to someone who is aware and unfortunately reinforce limited thinking for those who are also unaware.
Conclusion: If you are aware of the importance of language and have had training on word choices then read it as a game to identify and change the wording while still gaining the benefit of the principles.
