The coach gave Kim time to share ideas. The coach asked Kim to describe successful outcomes for each of the ideas. After Kim identified the value of success and believed in the possibilities, the coach worked with Kim to list what it would take and where deadlines would make a difference. The coach asked Kim which tasks could be delegated and which were important for Kim to do. Kim asked the coach to serve as the accountability partner during implementation. Kim developed new habits, and experienced the thrill of following through to success.
