Andrea Fruhling, PCC is a Certified Organizational Coach, co-author of Career Wayfinder, and Founding Director of Doubleknot Works. Andrea teaches at UBC’s Organizational Coaching program and leads the Career Coaching Masterclass. She’s also a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator and expert trainer in Hope-Action Theory.
Elena Giorgetti, PCC specializes in career transitions, Emotional Intelligence, and mental health coaching. With 10+ years at UBC Sauder and prior experience as a recruiter, she brings a unique blend of expertise. Founder of Make an Impact Career Coaching, she has been awarded Top Career Coach in Vancouver for two consecutive years (2023-2024) and has worked with professionals worldwide. Traci Stromie, ACC is the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Leadership and Institutional Development at the University System of Georgia.
