Lola Chetti, MCC, is a leadership specialist and organisational coach based in New York. She has been working globally for 16 years and is affiliated as adjunct coach with business schools in Europe.
She has over 3500 hours of coaching experience. She holds a Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (Distinction) from INSEAD and runs an established practice in leadership development/ change management training and coaching, working with clients from multinationals and local companies.
She designed and currently delivers a Level 2 accredited coach training curriculum designed by her to individuals and organizations in Asia, Europe. Lola integrates research from neuroscience, narrative coaching, cultural intelligence and psychodynamics in her work. She is also a trained ICF level 2 -assessor.
She has a passion for standards and excellence in coaching and leadership training.
